The science
1. Author of scientific directions in the field of fundamental research of age-associated changes in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics:
- pharmacoepidemiological assessment of the characteristics of prescribing medications to premature newborns with very low and extremely low body weight, elderly and senile patients;
- population-based risk assessment of drug use in different age groups;
- assessment of individual pharmacokinetic characteristics and development of population pharmacokinetic models in premature newborns and patients of older age groups;
- development of methodological foundations for the pharmacovigilance system;
- assessment of the clinical and economic consequences of the use of new drugs in real clinical practice.
2. He created a scientific school of specialists involved in studying the problems of the effectiveness and safety of the use of medicines in various age groups, assessing the clinical and economic consequences of their use.
3. The results of scientific research have been introduced into the practical activities of medical institutions and published in more than 10 practical guides for doctors.
