Клинико-экономическая оценка антибактериальной терапии интраабдоминальных инфекций
Аннотация
Термин «интраабдоминальная инфекция» используют для обозначения широкого спектра инфекций, которые, как правило, вызываются микроорганизмами, колонизирующими ЖКТ и проникающими в другие, обычно стерильные, области брюшной полости. С клинических позиций планирования программы антибактериальной терапии, целесообразно выделение двух основных категорий интраабдоминальных инфекций - неосложненных и осложненных.
