[<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit3">3</xref>]), отмена разрешения Управления по санитарному надзору за качеством пищевых продуктов и медикаментов в США (FDA) на использование гидроксихлорохина для лечения COVID-19 у некоторых госпитализированных пациентов, когда клиническое исследование недоступно или участие не представляется возможным (решение FDA от 15 июня 2020 г. [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit4">4</xref>]). Кроме того, из-за обеспокоенности Управления по контролю лекарственных средств и изделий медицинского назначения (MHRA) касательно безопасности гидроксихлорохина приостановлено несколько крупных исследований в Великобритании (решение MHRA от 22 мая 2020 г. [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit5">5</xref>]). Основанием для данных ограничений послужили результаты исследования RECOVERY, в котором гидроксихлорохин не продемонстрировал значимого влияния на риск смерти или сроки выздоровления [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit6">6</xref>].</p><p>В исследовании RECOVERY после рандомизации 1 542 пациента получали гидроксихлорохин по сравнению с 3 132 пациентами в контрольной группе, которые либо не получали дополнительное лечение, либо им проводилось переливание плазмы. Гидроксихлорохин назначался по схеме: 800 мг, далее 800 мг через 6 часов, далее 400 мг через 6 часов, далее 400 мг через 12 часов и далее 400 мг каждые 12 часов в течение 10 дней. По результатам исследования не обнаружено значимого влияния гидроксихлорохина на риск развития первичной конечной точки в виде 28-дневной смертности (25,7 % на фоне гидроксихлорохина против 23,5 % в контрольной группе; ОШ 1,11 [ДИ 95 % 0,98—1,26]; р=0,10) и не обнаружено никаких доказательств положительного влияния на продолжительность госпитализации.</p><p>Новые данные, полученные в рандомизированном двойном слепом плацебо-контролируемом исследовании по применению гидроксихлорохина с целью постконтактной профилактики COVID-19 среди 821 бессимптомных пациентов, также подтверждают неэффективность гидроксихлорохина [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit7">7</xref>].</p><p>C учётом имеющихся данных по низкой эффективности гидроксихлорохина у пациентов с COVID-19, ограничительных позиций ВОЗ и ведущих регуляторных органов ряда стран, целесообразно ограничить применения гидроксихлорохина при COVID-19 в Российской Федерации.</p><p>Материал подготовлен: 25.06.2020 г.</p></sec></body><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Gautret P et al.
