Сопоставляются основные фармакологические особенности варфарина и пероральных антикоагулянтов прямого действия, а также результаты сравнения их эффективности и безопасности в рамках проспективных рандомизированных контролируемых исследований. Указываются категории больных, у которых данные о результатах применения пероральных антикоагулянтов прямого действия ограничены или отсутствуют.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Practical approaches to use of oral anticoagulants for prevention and treatment of thrombotic and thromboembolic complications in patients with atrial fibrillation, venous thromboembolism and coronary heart disease are considered. Comparison of main pharmacologic properties of DOACs and warfarin as well as their efficacy and safety in prospective randomized controlled trials are present.
