<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Acne is one of the most common dermatological diseases, affecting a significant proportion of the population, particularly adolescents and young adults. The modern pharmaceutical market offers several drugs for acne treatment, including topical retinoids, antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide, and azelaic acid, as well as systemic drugs, such as isotretinoin and hormonal agents. The growing problem of antibiotic resistance among microorganisms, including Propionibacterium acnes, requires rational antibacterial drug use and alternative acne treatment methods.</p>
<title>Objective</title><p>Objective.
