Целесообразно продолжить применение антикоагулянтов при наличии показаний к лечебным дозам антикоагулянтов. Для пациентов с высоким риском венозных тромбоэмболических осложнений (ВТЭО) при низком риске кровотечений целесообразно рассмотреть возможность расширенной профилактики ВТЭО на амбулаторном этапе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We present anticoagulant outpatient deprescribing algorithm in patients with COVID-19 discharged from the hospital. It is reasonable to continue the treatment should the patient have indications for therapeutic anticoagulation.
