У таких пациентов допустимо назначение системных глюкокортикостероидов по жизненным показаниям при отсутствии блокаторов рецепторов IL-6 (тоцилизумаб, сарилумаб).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>No robust evidence proving clinical effectiveness of methylprednisolone in acute respiratory distress-syndrome in COVID-19, including combined use with tocilizumab, has been identified.
