Вопросы безопасности фармакотерапии пациентов с психическими заболеваниями остаются актуальными ввиду особенностей клинической фармакологии применяемых лекарственных препаратов, наличия резистентных форм психических заболеваний, антипсихотической политерапии. Одним из основных аспектов безопасности лечения является прогнозирование межлекарственных взаимодействий.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Анализ частоты потенциальных межлекарственных взаимодействий у больных с психическими заболеваниями.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены 500 пациентов с психическими заболеваниями, разделённые на 2 группы в зависимости от возраста. Был проведён анализ лекарственных назначений на предмет выявления потенциальных межлекарственных взаимодействий.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Всего был выявлен 1 031 случай назначения комбинаций, потенциально приводящих к взаимодействию лекарственных препаратов разной клинической значимости у 72,4 % пациентов. Зафиксированы достоверные различия между возрастными группами в разрезе структуры лекарственных назначений и клинической значимости комбинаций препаратов.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Прогнозирование взаимодействий лекарственных препаратов при их назначении должно способствовать повышению безопасности лечения больных с психическими заболеваниями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Actuality</title><p>Actuality. Drug safety issues in patients with psychiatric disorders are relevant due to specifics of clinical pharmacology of the medicinal products used, possible treatment-resistance of mental illnesses and concomitant use of multiple antipsychotic drugs. One of the aspects of treatment safety is a prediction of drug-drug interactions.</p><p>The aim of the study was to analyze potential drug-drug interactions in patients with psychiatric disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study enrolled 500 patients with psychiatric disorders in two age-related groups. Drug therapy was analyzed to reveal potential cases of drug-drug interactions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. A total of 1 031 cases of the use of drug combinations leading to drug-drug interactions of various clinical significance were revealed in 72.4 % of patients. There were significant differences between two age-related groups in respect of the specifics of medications use and clinical significance of drug combinations.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
