Цель. Оценка фармакоэкономической целесообразности применения дорипенема в сравнении с меропенемом и имипенемом при лечении вентилятор-ассоциированной пневмонии (ВАП) в условиях отечественной системы здравоохранения. Методология. Анализировалась фармакоэкономическая целесообразность применения дорипенема в терапии ВАП в сравнении с препаратами класса карбапенемов меропенемом и имипенемом/циластатином. Проведен анализ минимизации затрат. Результат. Показаны фармакоэкономические преимущества дорипенема по отношению к меропенему и имипенему.
