Рассматривались две группы больных: основная и контрольная. В основной группе проводилась фармакопрофилактика фраксипарином, в контрольной группе – не проводилась. Изучалась эффективность профилактики ВТЭО с использованием ультразвукового ангиосканирования системы нижней полой вены и исследования системы гемостаза. Установленно, что средняя стоимость лечения на одного пациента составляет 61 186 руб. в ценах 2005 г. Ведущие затраты на лечение – это стоимость койко-дня (60% от прямых затрат), лечение осложнений (24%). Затраты на профилактику составляют 1% от всех прямых затрат на лечение. Основной вывод этого исследования состоит в том, что своевременно проведенная антикоагулянтная профилактика у больных с умеренной и высокой степенью риска позволяет не только уменьшить число тромботических осложнений, но и является экономически целесообразной.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фармакоэкономика</kwd><kwd>анализ затраты-эффективность</kwd><kwd>венозные тромбоэмболические осложнения</kwd><kwd>профилактика</kwd><kwd>прямые медицинские затраты</kwd><kwd>антикоагулянтная профилактика</kwd><kwd>гепарин</kwd><kwd>фраксипарин</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Баешко А.А. и др.
