Отли­чие основано на структуре оксипиперидина - прототипа одного из антигистаминных средств первого поколения (дифенилпиралина). Эбастин имеет химическую формулу С32fl3NO2, его молекулярная масса равна 469,64.</p><p>В действительности главным действующим лекарственным веществом, проявляющим фармакологическую ак­тивность, является карбоксилированный метаболит эбастина - каребастин.</p><p>Для создания эбастина через атом азота в структуре дифенилпиралина к пиперидиновому кольцу была присоеди­нена длинная алифатическая боковая цепь, что обеспечило большую продолжительность действия, низкую стимули­рующую активность в отношении центральных Н-гистаминовых рецепторов, безопасность для сердечно-сосудис­той системы.</p></abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эффективность</kwd><kwd>безопасность</kwd><kwd>эбастин</kwd><kwd>Кестин</kwd><kwd>аллергические заболевания</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Rohatagi S, Gillen M, Aubeneau M, Jan c, Pandi B, Jensen BK, Rhodes G.
