Актуальность. Гиперфосфатемия представляет собой один из наиболее важных факторов риска серьёзных клинических осложнений, общей и кардиоваскулярной летальности. Профилактика и коррекция гиперфосфатемии является одной из основных целей управления хронической почечной недостаточности. Цель: определить целесообразность государственного возмещения затрат на Севеламер в целях коррекции гиперфосфатемии у больных с терминальной стадией хронической почечной недостаточности (ТХПН), находящихся на гемодиализе, на основе экономической оценки этой медицинской технологии. Методология. Был выполнен клинико-экономический анализ эффективности затрат с определением показателя «затраты-эффективность». Выводы. Применение Севеламера у пациентов с ТХПН с целью коррекции гиперфосфатемии позволяет достигнуть повышения средней продолжительности жизни. Суммарные стоимости терапии одного пациента в течение одного года при использовании Севеламера и солей кальция не различаются, при этом утилитарная стоимость препарата кальция ниже. С точки зрения бюджетного финансирования в пределах планового годового периода затраты на терапию Севеламером и солями кальция не различаются.
